1. Redemption shipping

The holder of a certificate for a physical coin may redeem that coin at any time from their collection page. Coins are prepared by the vault team, photographed at dispatch, and shipped with tracking. Dispatch normally occurs within five working days of the redemption request; you receive the tracking reference as soon as the parcel leaves the vault. Digital demo editions and prototype designs have no physical coin and cannot be redeemed for delivery.

2. Flat shipping rates

Shipping is charged at three flat tiers based on the coin's most recent platform valuation: 4.95 USDC for coins under 500 USDC; 6.95 USDC for coins from 500 to 5,000 USDC; 14.95 USDC for coins above 5,000 USDC, which additionally require signature on delivery. We ship to the European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and other destinations listed at checkout; local import duties, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility.

3. After redemption

Redemption permanently retires the certificate: it is burned on-chain before the coin is dispatched, and it cannot be listed, transferred, redeemed again or reactivated. Its history remains viewable as a record. If you later want a coin you hold at home to be considered for the vault again, contact Bifrost first; any new custody follows its own review and record.

4. Returns and cancellations

Marketplace purchases of vaulted certificates settle instantly and on-chain, and the settlement cannot be reversed by Bifrost; for that reason, completed purchases are final. You are never exposed while deciding: every listing shows the coin's full specification, photography and complete provenance before you pay, and nothing obliges you to complete a purchase before settlement.

A redemption request can be cancelled free of charge until you approve it; the approval retires the certificate permanently. After dispatch, if you decline delivery the coin returns to the vault after inspection; the shipping fee is not refunded. Damaged or lost shipments are covered under Buyer Protection — report within 14 days of the notified delivery date and the claim is ours to resolve, not yours.
