Shipping & Returns

1. Redemption shipping

Any certificate holder may redeem the underlying coin at any time from their collection page. Coins are prepared by the vault team, photographed at dispatch, and shipped fully insured with tracking. Dispatch normally occurs within five working days of the redemption request; you receive the tracking reference as soon as the parcel leaves the vault.

2. Flat insured rates

Shipping is charged at three flat tiers based on the coin's most recent platform valuation: $4.95 for coins under $500; $6.95 for coins from $500 to $5,000; $14.95 for coins above $5,000, which additionally require signature on delivery. Insurance to full declared value is included in every tier. We ship to the European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and other destinations listed at checkout; local import duties, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility.

3. While your coin is out of the vault

A redeemed coin's certificate remains yours and keeps its full history, but it cannot be listed for sale while the coin is outside the vault — the market only trades coins we can physically verify. To sell a coin you hold at home, use the consignment programme: the coin returns to the vault, is re-authenticated, and its certificate becomes listable again.

4. Returns and cancellations

Marketplace purchases of vaulted certificates settle instantly and on-chain, and the settlement cannot be reversed by Bifrost; for that reason, completed purchases are final. You are never exposed while deciding: every listing shows the coin's full specification, photography and complete provenance before you pay, and nothing obliges you to complete a purchase before settlement.

A redemption request can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. After dispatch, if you decline delivery the coin returns to the vault and re-enters custody after inspection; the shipping fee is not refunded. Damaged or lost shipments are covered under Buyer Protection — report within 14 days of the notified delivery date and the insured claim is ours to resolve, not yours.
